Fungible measurements

Lots of people think it's an awesome idea to measure CO2 pollution in "cars".

Actually it is an awful idea. Are we talking American cars? Japanese cars? HotWheels? Is my dad driving "defensively" with a lead foot? Do I have one eye on the Prius biofeedback cartoon?

Are we counting the carbon used to make the car and then scrap the car once your awesome living roof takes the car off the road?

Of course, it doesn't matter anyway because the methane clathrates are evaporating which renders CO2 totally moot. Only geoengineering can save our quality of life now.
